Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This vibrant town is the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit, offering a relaxing place to unwind before your adventure begins. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore the town or simply rest at your lodge.

After breakfast and a short safari briefing at around 8:00 am, you will set out for Tarangire National Park, famous for its iconic baobab trees, rolling savannah, and seasonal marshes. Tarangire is home to the largest elephant population in Northern Tanzania, and you’ll also encounter giraffes, zebras, lions, wildebeest, buffalo, gazelles, and numerous antelope species.

Your game drive offers spectacular wildlife sightings, with your guide opening the roof of the 4×4 for excellent photography. A hot picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot inside the park. In the evening, you will drive to your tented lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, making a stop at the breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world. Spanning 265 square kilometers, with walls rising 600 meters high, the crater is home to over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five, hippos, hyenas, and more than 500 bird species.

You will descend to the crater floor for a spectacular game drive through its diverse landscapes, ranging from grassy plains to swamps, lakes, and forests. A packed picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic site, after which you’ll continue exploring until late afternoon. Later, ascend from the crater and proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, your journey continues through the Ngorongoro Highlands, passing Maasai villages and enjoying panoramic views of the crater. Descend the other side and proceed toward Serengeti National Park, stopping at the Naabi Hill Gate for a picnic lunch and a walk up to the viewpoint overlooking the endless plains.

The Serengeti is world-renowned for its rich biodiversity and home to the Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras traverse the savannah in search of fresh pastures. On arrival, enjoy a thrilling afternoon game drive en route to your tented lodge, where dinner and a restful overnight await.

After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the endless Serengeti plains on game drives. With its varied ecosystems—short grass plains, acacia woodlands, swamps, and rivers—the Serengeti provides year-round wildlife action.

Keep an eye out for the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard), as well as cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Your guide will ensure you’re in the right place at the right time to witness remarkable sightings. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with your adventure. Return to your tented lodge for dinner and overnight.

Today, after breakfast, depart Serengeti with a game drive en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” a spectacular natural sanctuary home to a dense population of wildlife. Here, you may spot the endangered black rhino, prides of lions, elephants, buffalo, and abundant birdlife.

Lunch will be enjoyed at the famous hippo pool picnic site. After more exploration in the crater, ascend in the late afternoon and return to Karatu for a relaxing evening.

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Arusha. Depending on your schedule, you may enjoy a leisurely drive or stop for some last-minute cultural shopping.
